Renaissance or Regency (or other periods) Costume - Under Layers.

Get ready for the Texas Renaissance Faire or Regency Dress Ball (or other events) and create your made-to-order custom costume. Come to the first class with your persona and we will start with the underlayers. Once finished, you will have a chemise, corset, farthingale petticoat, or other items as necessary for your period, and be ready for the next class.

Costume Outer Layers

Once your underpinnings are finished, you can create the layer seen by the audience. Can include the kirtle, the bodice, the skirt, and sleeves or gown in a variety of styles. For the men, a doublet and slops or pumpkin hose (or other style) or jacket and pantaloons.

Costume Over Layers

Capes shawls and Spencer jackets can be created.

Costume Accessories

Coifs, French Hoods, ruffs, turbans, bonnets, reticules, and more; your choice.

Sewing class pricing:

Silk Package: 1–3 hours of instruction/class time - $20.00 hourly

Wool Package: 4–6 hours of instruction/class time - $18.00 hourly

Linen Package: 7–9 hours of instruction/class time - $15.00 hourly           

Cotton Package: 10–13 hours of instruction/class time - $13.00 hourly

Custom Pattern Drafting of your costumes: $40.00 hourly
