Girl/Boy Scout Leaders:
Are you a troop leader wanting to schedule activities for your group? We have worked with several troops helping girls earn their sewing badges (boys can do it too!). We have developed projects that can be created by hand in one session, or your troop can come for several sessions to create a project on the machine.
Does your troop need their badges sewn on? Schedule a class for you or your parents to learn badge sewing. Bring your machine or use ours. Call for more info.
Kids Birthday Parties:
We can accommodate up to 10 kids for a sewing birthday party! Come in to choose your sewing projects and schedule your event. We will prepare the room for sewing; you bring the cake and decorations. The rental of the room is for 2 hours maximum. $35.00 per child and $20 clean-up fee (can be waived if you do it!)
Community Service Matters / NCL – National Charity League
We are proud to work with the dedicated members of our local NCL and appreciate the many ways they help our community and make a big difference. We teach our students the basics of machine sewing and guide them in making specific projects for their group. Some of the projects we've worked on with NCL include pillowcases, adult bibs, baby blankets, lap quilts, and repurposed tote bags.
Homeschoolers Welcome: Please let us know which vendors you work so with so we may become an approved vendor for your child.
